PMS

  • MANAGEMENT SYSTEM(PMS)
  • A property management system is essentially an ERP (enterprise resourcing planning) system for hotels. It gathers all of the most essential information you need to run your business, including production units, rooms, personnel, reservations, and so on.
  • You need this if you're running a hotel business. In one way or another every operating hotel has a PMS.

GRMS

  • Guest Room Management System (GRMS)
  • a GRMS' focus is helping the hotel guest make the most out of their visit to your resort.
  • A GRMS is the invisible butler who welcomes your guest and makes sure they enjoy their stay to the fullest. Typically via a GRMS, the guest is able to control lights, curtains, room temperature, air conditioning, and more. A good GRMS can even let the guest set their status for DND (do not disturb) or MUR (make up room) with a push of a button.
  • You need this if you're aiming for a perfect guest experience. Even though a GRMS is mostly responsible for making the guest feel comfortable, it can also be incredibly useful for the hotel management. With an advanced GRMS, the hoteliers get a boatload of data, including sensor information that can be used for damage and disturbance prevention. This data can be used to further develop the experience. With a GRMS, the actions needed are easier to execute, as it doesn't require costly site-visits to each and every room.

BMS

  • Building Management System
  • Enabling centralized management of all critical infrastructures.
  • A BMS is not indispensable for your comercial property operation, but it can sure help you make it profitable. Traditionally, it gives hotels at least a centralized control of the building's HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) and sometimes even lighting.
  • You need this if your business is big and you want to optimize it. A BMS is especially useful if your hotel has some sort of own energy production system or is trying to optimize the energy consumption according to varying prices. But unless your volumes aren't on an enterprise level, it's probably not a must-have.

LCS

  • Lighting Control System
  • A lighting control system incorporates communication between various system inputs and outputs related to lighting control with the use of one or more central computing devices. Lighting control systems are widely used on both indoor and outdoor lighting of commercial, industrial, and residential spaces. Lighting control systems serve to provide the right amount of light where and when it is needed.
  • The major advantage of a lighting control system over stand-alone lighting controls or conventional manual switching is the ability to control individual lights or groups of lights from a single user interface device. This ability to control multiple light sources from a user device allows complex lighting scenes to be created. A major benefit of lighting control systems is reduced energy consumption.

Smart Home

  • A building automation for a home. A home automation system will monitor and/or control home attributes such as lighting, climate, entertainment systems, and appliances. It may also include home security such as access control and alarm systems.
  • The phrase smart home refers to home automation devices that have internet access. Home automation, a broader category, includes any device that can be monitored or controlled via wireless radio signals, not just those having internet access. When connected with the Internet, home sensors and activation devices are an important constituent of the Internet of Things ("IoT").
  • The user interface for control of the system uses either wall-mounted terminals, tablet or voice command, a mobile phone application that may also be accessible off-site through the Internet.

Sound system

  • With sound installed in your home, you will experience music the way they were meant to be enjoyed. Everyone has different preferences when it comes to sound design. Some people prefer massive amounts of bass, and others prefer amplification of dialogue. Subwoofers allow for a unique viewing experience. You can feel the vibrations.

CCTV

  • The prevention of criminal activity is one of the main reasons business owners choose to put CCTV systems on their properties. You don't have to place a camera in every room; a few cameras in strategically located areas can deter criminals. It is impossible to be everywhere at once as a busy business owner. Many business owners use CCTV systems to monitor their buildings and property. With surveillance cameras, managers and business owners can monitor visitors and employees as they enter and leave a building. This allows for tracking employees and reducing fraud.

VMS

  • Video Management System
  • Video Management Systems and Video Management Software are an essential part of any video security surveillance solution.
Benefits and advantages of almost every VMS include: Flexibility and ease of use, Scalability, Cloud, server or edge-based storage, Camera compatibility via ONVIF standards, System and device integrations, User-friendly interfaces, Alert customizations, Multi-site applications. By combining software and hardware, a video management system (VMS) helps users automatically monitor events from any number of surveillance (CCTV) cameras, alarms, or sensors. VMS hardware can include cameras, encoders for analog camera systems, and servers for video processing and storage.

ACS

  • Access Control System
  • An access control system allows you to “set and forget” who has access to each area of your business. Once you give the authorization, an employee can access all the areas they need to get their jobs done. With the scan of a key card or input of a PIN, the employee can get to wherever they need with ease. An access control system gives you data on who enters and exits a building or room and when. You can ensure people are working when they are supposed to be. If theft or an accident occurs, you know exactly who accessed a specific area at the time of the incident.

Intrusion System

  • The risk of theft and burglary is high whenever a property is left for some time. But even though workers and family members are staying in the building, there is still a chance that criminals can trespass and steal your assets. All of you have something you need to protect. Parents need to know that their kids are safe at home while they're at work, business owners keep stacks of cash in the register at a restaurant, while employers need to ensure that workers are free from harm during the night shift. Other than people and material possessions, companies also need to defend against identity theft. With real-time alerts, you have a higher chance of catching a criminal red-handed. This way, you have the opportunity to recover stolen goods and reduce the risk of burglary in your neighborhood.

PMS

  • Parking Management System
  • Drivers can save cash and time with the assistance of innovative parking solutions. This happens because motorists often spend several minutes driving around the crowded parking lot, looking for a space to park in. Since of this, the drivers spend time and become irritated because they are late to their destinations. Similarly, drivers who waste gas going further than necessary to find a spot are forced to spend more money. A good parking management system can reduce urban congestion, commute times, gas use, and pollution by making parking more convenient.

FAS

  • Fire Alarm System
  • Modern fire alarm systems stay one step ahead of any prospective fire risk, which is the primary benefit of installing them in your business. Should a fire break out or the system detects any smoke, the system can automatically summon firefighters to ensure the issue is contained before it becomes a bigger problem. Early detection means you can keep all your business' operational assets and staff safe and keep things moving when unexpected events occur. Following health and safety protection, fire alarm systems can reduce business disruptions. The system can add to an organized plan should a fire break out, ensuring a seamless evacuation and a return to operations when there's an all-clear.

MSC

  • Master Clock System
  • If the march of time means progress, then it is only fitting that the devices that track time are also subject to innovations along the way.
  • In a world that becomes more connected every day, so are the synchronized clock systems that coordinate our lives. At the heart of such a system is the master system controller, also known as the master clock. This device ties together all the clocks throughout a facility.
  • The master clock sends the time signal to the secondary clocks, making sure they all tick as one, but newer versions synchronize time in truer fashion and are easier to use.

Nurse Calling System

  • Wireless nurse call systems give patients access to timely care, especially in dire situations where response time decides the odds in the battle of life and death. The wireless nurse call system alerts the medical staff and sends them the exact location of the patient. If the patient is wearing a wireless hand transmitter, then he or she can be found anywhere inside the hospital or caring facility.
  • Many hospitals still rely on paper documentation, which elongates the process of patient admission, medical research, and diagnosis. However, healthcare management can be optimized. With an intelligent wireless nurse call system you can digitalize your healthcare administration, and save all information inside a cloud database, connected to the hospital network.
  • That is not all! An IP nurse call system like NurseCare allows medical personnel to store and access patient data instantly. NurseTab, an interactive room touchscreen display, and the interactive corridor display InfoTab connect the nurse call system, the entire healthcare management, and nursing documentation in one device. Nurses can store patient data and updates from inside a patient's room or the hallway. The latter eliminates the need to fill out documents, and it also prevents the loss of information or duplication of data.
